Visual artist, fashion designer, art teacher and art therapist.
I was born in Mexico City.
Studied fashion design at Jannette Klein fashion design school in Mexico city and later, in Florence, Italy, I specialized in Costume Design, Art and Art restoration at "Palazzo Spinelli art school.
Since I was a child I was captivated by the Visual Arts, and I learned and experimented in different workshops and courses techniques like painting, photography, engraving, sculpture, encaustic, ceramics and leaded glass.
In August 2008, I changed my place of residence to the City of Cancun, Quintana Roo, where I live until now.
My work has gone through different styles, mediums and themes throughout my career, resulting in a search for a personal language and style, moving from figurative to abstract styles. Bright colors, textures and thick paint is a constant in all of them.
A special chapter in my career has been teaching visual arts, an activity that has allowed me to experiment with new techniques and transmit my knowledge to new generations. During this activity, I have worked with students of all ages and with different abilities.
In August 2016, I started activities in my own visual arts education center "ARTE SPAZIO". This space allows students to experiment with different plastic techniques while developing their creative potential. In this center, there is a special workshop of Art Therapy, to give attention to people with emotional disorders, different abilities and old age. I currently collaborate at t Anahuac Cancún University, teaching the specialties of drawing and artistic painting.
In my career as a visual artist, I have participated in 62 individual and group national and international exhibitions, as well as having presence in international art fairs such as Art Fair Málaga 2017, Art Revolution Taipei 2013, 2017, 2018 and 2019.
